300 Pounds is an "indie" "game" "studio" uniting charming, handsome raconteurs The Kinsie and The Shadsy. Together, they insult your intelligence and pollute your local internet with things that sure seemed funny at five in the morning. Their motto is that it's the journey that matters, not the destination, which is a pretty clever excuse for having fun making crappy games.
Having met online many a year ago and collaborated irregularly over time, it made clear sense for the duo to work together more frequently in the name of further infecting the internet with unfunny in-joke garbage. As a result, 300 Pounds was born! And it was the ugliest damn baby in the internet hospital.
300 POUNDS ARE...
Inspiring. Thoughtful. Friendly. Coked-up. These are a few of the adjectives used to describe The Kinsie (author of What Shirt Am I Wearing? and The Ants, Oh My God All of the Ants). Born in 1963, Kinsie grew up in the heartland of Australia before dropping out of high school and taking to the road as a pseudo-survivalist vagrant. When he's not performing at open mic night in the privacy of his jerry-rigged shelter or motel room, you can catch him as the anchor of Sky News at Seven.
Designed by a sinister research lab deep within the bowels of the Republican Party to be The Perfect Politician, Project EZEKIEL-241 (aka The Shadsy) broke free of his shackles and transcended his purpose in the name of a far deeper, more spiritual goal. Which is to say, he's the clerk at a small Blockbuster Video in Washington State. In his spare time, Shadsy enjoys rewinding every tape in the store at the same time, and picking random cage locks at zoos nationwide.
